Service
The main package of the VIP service includes the use of the VIP lounge for two hours for up to seven clients. VIP guests as well as accompanying persons and VIP cortege, which are present in the VIP lounge, are considered as clients.

- check-in of the clients in the VIP lounge
- border guard and customs proceedings in the VIP lounge
- preflight security and preflight luggage security check in the VIP lounge
- information services
- coordination of the issues concerning VIP service with the official representatives of the client

- office equipment and stationery
- personal computer (MS Office), internet, e-mail, printer
- cable television
- phone and fax (local calls free of charge)
- pressroom (up to 20 persons)
