“Pulkovo-1” airport has the common VIP-lounge for arrival and departure. The passenger’s driver can waits for the passenger in the VIP-lounge (for extra charge). After the boarding the announcement the assistant goes to the airfield for the passenger’s meeting at the aircraft hose. He carries the sign with the passenger’s name or the name of the passenger’s company. The passenger should announce himself (come to the assistant). In the presence of the luggage, the passenger gives the baggage-check to the assistant. When all the passengers get together, they go to the VIP-lounge by bus escorted by the assistant. It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone independently. Customs and Passport Control employees come to VIP-lounge, so the passengers go through Customs and Passport Control in VIP-lounge. The passenger waits for the luggage in the VIP-lounge; luggage is delivered to the VIP-lounge. Bar, different magazines and newspapers, Internet are at the passengers` service. Bar services in the VIP-lounge are not included in the VIP-service and are paid by the passenger himself. The delivery of the luggage is not included in the VIP-service. If it is necessary, the passenger can order the conference room (in advance for extra charge). Passenger’s driver should contact the assistant by phone. If the driver is late for any reasons, he should necessarily inform the assistant about it.

Pulkovo-2

"Pulkovo-2" airport has a common Business-lounge for arrival and departure. Business-lounge is located in the transit zone. After the boarding announcement the assistant passes the transit zone to meet the Passenger. He carries the sign with the passenger’s name or the name of the passenger’s company. Business-meeting is executed at the plane sleeve. According to the Fast Track procedure Business-passenger does not wait for all other passenger of Business lounge and accompanied by the assistant goes to the Business-lounge. It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone independently! If a passenger has got any luggage, the assistant takes the luggage stickers and goes to the luggage belt, gets his luggage and leaves it with the loader who saves it waiting the passenger. The assistant comes back to the Business Lounge and with the passenger goes through for the procedure of The Passport Control. After that the passenger gets his luggage on the first floor of the airport and accompanied by the assistant and the loader goes to the Customs Control. After all formalities the passenger passes to the Common Hall of the airport where he is met by his driver. A driver who is meeting a passenger must contact the assistant by phone without fail. At Pulkovo-2 Airport the delivery of passenger's luggage to a car is included in the Business-lounge services cost. Parking in the airport territory is free-of-charge.
