GATEWAY
Gateway service provides an end-to-end escort through the regular Changi terminals, with transport by electric buggy in the airside part of the terminal. Although there are no special immigration or check-in facilities provided with this service, your guests will feel that they are being taken care of from the minute they get off the plane or arrive at the airport.
QUAYSIDE
Quayside service allows for the travellers to use our exclusive JetQuay “gateway”, with itsprivate drive-in entrance and exit.
Departure
For departures, from the moment passengers alight from their limousine, they are greeted by our maitre d’, who seats them in the lounge while a service rep takes their bags, ticket, and passport, to perform their check-in and an initial ICA preclearance for them. During the time normally spent waiting in lines, the traveller is able to browse the internet on our many provided terminals or via WiFi connection, enjoy a light meal, use the business centre, or even get in a quick run or take a shower. When it is time to board the plane, a rep will come to collect the traveller, take him through the in-house immigration check, and onto a waiting buggy to his departure gate.
JETSIDE
Jetside service is much the same as Quayside service, with one key difference: rather than being transported by electric buggy, the guest is transported to and from the plane on the tarmac by a private Limousine. This allows the traveller to bypass the crowded terminal environment altogether, and get direct access to and from the air bridge in total privacy. Given the numerous security clearance arrangements needed for this type of service, it is a privilege reserved for the true travelling elite.

Rates are not applicable during: Singapore Airshow, Formel 1, YOG.
