Arrival
- As you disembark, you will be greeted by the VIP service ambassador bearing a placard with your name
- You will receive dedicated staff duidance through VIP immigration and customs channel
- You will be assisted at the baggage claim
- The service ambassador will lead you to your ground transportation
Departure
- Take ground transportation to the terminal, and stop in front of entrance nn8 on the departure level
- Approach the service counter directly inside entrance nn8
- When you approach the VIP service counter, a VIP service ambassador will greet you, and assist you with check-in
- The service ambassador will then lead you trough VIP immigration, security and health checks
- Finally the VIP service ambassador will lead you to a lounge for you to relax in before your flight.

Information which we need to confirm the service:
full passenger (passport number, first and last names) and flight details, contact details of the passenger or person which will meets the passenger on arrival or bring them to the airport on departure.
