A VIPs' van will go to the Aircraft with a Public Relations Assistant and pick up the guests, then take them to the VIP-Terminal, pass through passport control (should be a non Schengen flight or a private jet), then proceed to the luggage claim area, if they must recuperate their luggage. If the passengers are in transit the Assistant will accompany them to the lounge after all the formalities dues, where they will wait till boarding time; as soon as there is the confirmation from the airline company, the passengers will proceed to the aircraft in a Vip van. Should there be a need to pass through Immigration, our Public Relations Assistant will be attending it.
