Arrival

- As you disembark, you will be greeted by a VIP service ambassador bearing a placard with your name.

- You will receive dedicated staff guidance through VIP immigration and customs channels. - You will be assisted at the baggage claim.

- The service ambassador will lead you to your ground transportation.

Departure

- Take ground transportation to the terminal, and have the driver take you to the VIP parking area on the ground floor.

- For international and Hong Kong flights, the VIP parking area is on the right side of terminal 2. (diagram follows) **Taxis are not allowed in the VIP parking area, and limousines must be registered in advance. If your car is not registered, you can stop just outside. It is only a few short steps to the VIP entrance.

- When you approach the VIP area entrance, a VIP service ambassador will greet you, and take you to a lounge.

- The service ambassador will assist you with check-in.

- When it is time for you to board, the service ambassador will then lead you through VIP immigration, security and health checks, and on to your boarding gate. 1
