Standard Meet & Greet
  • Customer Service Officers will meet guests at the arrival gate with a placard displaying guests’ name.
  • Upon meeting them, they will be accompanied through Immigration and baggage reclaim, customs and then out to the arrival hall, either to be handed over to the receiving party, or the awaiting limousine/taxi.
  • Baggage handling (costs extra)
Standard Meet&Greet + VIP-Lounge
  • Maximum of 4 VIPs in group.
  • Subject to approval and availability from Malaysia Airports.
  • Only CEO, President, Managing Director, General Manager and other equivalent designation is entitled to use the VIP Lounge.
  • After meeting the guests at the arrival gate, the Customer Service Officer will accompany guests to the VIP Lounge for Immigration clearance, instead of to the normal Immigration line. While in the lounge, guests will be seated while their passports are being stamped. Once the passports are stamped, they will be accompanied out to the arrival hall.

Departure

  • Customer Service Officer will meet VIP guests at the check-in counter with a placard displaying the guests’ name.
  • Upon guests checking-in, they will be accompanied through Immigration, and then either to the first/business class lounge (if flying first/business class) or to the Plaza Premium Lounge or to the boarding gate of their flight.
Standard Meet&Greet + VIP Lounge
  • Maximum of 4 VIPs in group.
  • Subject to approval and availability from Malaysia Airports.

A surcharge of 50% will apply for services between midnight and 0700 hours and requests made less than 24 hours, prior to flight arrival or departure.
