Arrival
- Greeting: A stewardess and the porter meet the guests at the gate.
- Bridge Taxi: The guests are brought to the passport area with bridge taxis.
- Visas: When needed, visa procedures are carried out with the assistance of our stewardesses.
- Passport Procedures: It is done with the assistance of a stewardess.
- Baggage Collection: Porter receives the baggage, carries them to your automobile and loads them
- Duty Free Shopping: Assistance is offered when shopping.
- Fairwell: The meeters and greeters that have arrived at the airport for our guests are located.
Departure
- Greeting: At the “E” entrance of the departures level, a stewardess and the porter meets the guests at the “primeclass” desk.
- Porter: Carries the baggage of the guests with the trolleys.
- Private Entrance: Our guests use the private entrance, which designed especially for “primeclass” passengers.
- Check-in: It is done with the assistance of a stewardess.
- Passport Procedures: It is done with the assistance of a stewardess.
- Duty Free Shopping: Assistance is offered when guests are shopping at the Duty Free, assistance is offered when queuing at the Main Duty Free shop.
- Lounge: The guests are welcomed at the Domestic and International “primeclass” Lounge designed specially, and offering various alternatives.
- *Food and Beverage Services: In the Aperitif Bar at the Lounge, there are various local and imported standard drinks, cappuccino, espresso and other coffee varieties, regular tea and herbal tea, fruits, chocolate, nuts, and snacks; and various sweet and salty pastries. All our guests can enjoy these varieties in unlimited quantities, and free of charge.
- *Business Corner: In addition to the laptop computer devices available at the lounge, with Internet connection, we offer Internet connection for your own portable computers as well. Furthermore, you can use the laptop computers we offer at the “primeclass” Domestic Terminal CIP Lounge. Facsimile transmissions can be done and photocopy machines are also available at the lounge.
- *Daily Newspapers and Magazines: available.
- *Flight Information: At the International “primeclass” CIP Lounge, the stewardesses will monitor all the flight-related developments through the flight information display available at the lounge, and notify the guests accordingly. At the Domestic “primeclass” CIP Lounge, our guests can monitor their flight time through the large information displays.
- *Kindergarten: At the Domestic “primeclass” CIP Lounge, there is a playing room available.
- Fairwell: Transportation via bridge taxi to the gates.
