- Immeditely as you step off the plane, a representativ will greet you with a placard bearing your name
- You will be given a ride on an electric cart to immigration
- The representativ will wait for you to clear immigration, and assist you at the baggage claim
- The representative will lead you to your ground transportation
Departure
- Take ground transportation to the terminal
- Our representativ will wait with a placard bearing your name at the head of the aisle for your airline check-in
- The representative will greet you, and assist you with check-in
- The representative will guide you to immigration
- You will be given a ride on an electric cart to either your lounge or the departure gate

Booking: 48 hours.
Cancellation: 48 hour and less: 100% fees. NO SHOW: 100%.
Service is available 24 hours.
Service language: English, other languages - on request.
Information which we need to confirm the service:
full passenger (passport number, first and last names) and flight details, contact details of the passenger or person which will meets the passenger on arrival or bring them to the airport on departure.
