Arrival
- Cars can dock at Gate 13, parking places will be reserved after previous call.
- Pick up of visitors and transfer with VIP Bus to the VIP lounge. Stage there till arrival.
- Drive to the airplane, with visitors.
- Coming in from abroad: help on formalities. Elseway, direct drive to the waiting cars via VIP Bus.
- We claim the baggage and bring it to the cars.
- It is possible to receive the guests at the VIP lounge until baggage is cleared..
Departure
- Cars can dock at Gate 13, parking places will be reserved after previous call.
- Reception of guests and drive to the VIP lounge with VIP bus.
- Stage in the lounge. If wished, restaurant catering.
- Help with formalities, customs, taking care of check in and baggage.
- After airplane ready transfer of the guests from VIP lounge to the gate or driving to the airplane.
- Good bye of visitors at the airplane, then transfer them to the waiting cars to Gate 13.
Transit
- Reservation of parking places at Gate 13 for visitors.
- Stage of visitors at the VIP lounge till arrival or departure of the transit passengers.
- Pick up at the airplane of arriving passengers with VIP-Bus, drive to VIP-Lounge.
- Help on arrival formalities.
- If wished, catering with restaurant.
- Taking care of formalities for the connection flight, check-in checking baggage transfer etc.
- After boarding ready, transfer of the guests to the airplane with VIP-Bus. Bring back visitors to they cars.
