Arrival
The arriving flight is tracked and once landed, the VIP limo will be at the aircraft to collect the passenger who is assisted with Immigration formalities and then driven back to the VIP Suite. Assistance is also provided (once the passenger has made his/her Customs’ declaration) in getting baggage from the Customs’ Hall to the passenger’s car in the VIP Car Park.
Departure
When the person comes to the VIP Suite we take him/her from the VIP Car Park into the Suite and serve refreshments. Bags, tickets and passports are taken to departures for check-in by one of our staff. We liaise with the airline and when the aircraft is ready to board our client, he/she will undergo his own personal, pre-board security check and is then driven across to the aircraft in a VIP limo.
A real advantage to our VIP Service is that you only need to be at our Suite 75 min before actual time of departure.
